We will send you the address two days before your arrival. We have two free parking spaces available in our driveway. We do ask that you only use the driveway for parking and do not park in the street or the lawn. This could result in your vehicle being towed at your expense.

Every room in our home has a Smart TV for your entertainment. We do not offer cable or any TV services, but feel free to log into your apps, just remember to log out. Our house manual will have a list of some of our favorites including free ones.

We offer free high-speed internet throughout the entire home. You will receive a message from us before your arrival containing the Network Name and Password. We also have the information posted inside the home with an easy to use QR code for quick connections on your camera enabled devices. 

Our kitchen is stocked with all of the necessary cookware, dishes and utensils for your group during your stay. We have a dishwasher with provided dish pods and dish soap to make cleanup a breeze. There is a full-sized dining room table as well as bar stools for additional eating areas at the kitchen island. We provide basics such as trash bags and paper towels.

There are 3 full sized bedrooms in the home. Each bedroom will have provided sheets, pillows and comforter. Each room will have its own closet and hangers provided. Each room will also have a remote controlled ceiling fan.

We have two full sized bathrooms and will provide towels during your stay for the whole group. We also provide the basics such as Hair Dryer, Toilet Paper, Shampoo /Conditioner & Body Wash in case you have forgotten to bring your own. Our master suite is amazing! If you are the fortunate one who calls dibs on the ensuite you are in for a treat. The stand-up shower and soaking tub will treat you like a spa, please do keep in mind; the more rain spouts used the quicker the hot water will go.

We have a free on-site full-size washer & dryer for your use. We provide the laundry pods as well as an iron and ironing board. 

Our home has central AC and this is controlled by a Smart Thermostat located in the hallway. To adjust the temperature simply press the large numbers on the display and scroll to your desired temperature. Each room has its own remote controlled ceiling fan too for added comfort. goes here

Our home is cleaned thoroughly before your arrival to ensure the highest standards. Please let us know after you arrive if anything needs to be addressed. We do not offer a lost & found, anything left behind will be disposed of by our team.tion goes here

Our home receives regular pest control both inside and out to keep the home and yard as bug free as possible. 

If you happen to be staying with us during a weekday, be aware we do have a crew who could show up in the morning with lawn mowers, leaf blowers taking care of the front and rear yard and will be as brief as possible.

While we are huge pet lovers ourselves, unfortunately we do not allow any at our home. This helps keep our guests and neighbors safe. ion goes here
